Request for Contractor Pre-Qualification for Construction of Wasaga Beach Secondary School The Simcoe County District School Board proposes to construct a new 12,262.8m2 (132,000ft2) three (3) storey school at the intersection of Sunnidale Road and Sun Valley Avenue in the Town of Wasaga Beach. The project is scheduled to be tendered early summer 2026, with construction starting August 2026, and substantially performed by Spring 2029. Invitations to Tender will be sent to successful pre-qualified General Contractors, and Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors as a result of this request for contractor pre-qualification. Roofing Sub-Contractors from the SCDSB’s latest vendor of record lists will be invited to submit pricing to the General Contractors. |
