Request for Contractor Pre-Qualification for Demolition & Construction of Shanty Bay Replacement Elementary School

To decommission and demolish an existing 1,384.9m2 (14,907.5ft2) two storey elementary school and to construct a new 2,440.8m2 (26,272.0ft2) one storey elementary school on Ridge Road in the Township of Oro-Medonte.  The project is scheduled to be tendered in Winter 2025 with construction starting Summer 2025 substantially performed by Summer 2027.

Invitations to Tender will be sent to successful pre-qualified General Contractors, and Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors as a result of this request for contractor pre-qualification
