Request for Contractor Pre-Qualification for Construction of New Oro-Medonte Public School and Community Centre

The Simcoe County District School Board and Township of Oro-Medonte, in joint partnership, proposes to construct a new 3,498 m2 (37,663 sq.ft.) two storey elementary school and a new 1,338 m² (14,399 sq.ft) single storey community centre on Horseshoe Valley Road West in Oro-Medonte. The project is scheduled to be tendered in early 2023 with construction starting in the spring of 2023 and reaching substantial performance by July 2024. 

Invitations to Tender will be sent to successful pre-qualified General Contractors, and Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors as a result of this request for contractor pre-qualification
