Request for Contractor Pre-Qualification for Construction of New Wasaga Beach Public School

The Simcoe County District School Board proposes to construct a new 4,327m2 (46,575 sq. ft.) two storey elementary school on Union Boulevard in the Town of Wasaga.  The project is scheduled to be tendered in Summer/Fall 2022 with construction starting Fall 2022 substantially performed by December 2023.  

Invitations to Tender will be sent to successful pre-qualified General Contractors, and Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors as a result of this request for contractor pre-qualification
