Request for Contractor Pre-Qualification for Construction of New Barrie Southeast Elementary School #1

The Simcoe County District School Board proposes to construct a new 5,857m2 (63,046 sq.ft.) three storey elementary school on Dean Avenue in Barrie.  The project is scheduled to be tendered in January 2025 with construction starting March 2025, to be substantially performed by July 2026.  

Invitations to Tender will be sent to successful pre-qualified General Contractors, and Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors as a result of this request for contractor pre-qualification
